Specialist // Project Manager Software Development (m/f/o)

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/o) for Software Development that will plan, lead, coordinate, control and motivate agile project teams. We want to achieve a high level of performance and quality while delivering services excellence and business value to our stakeholders.

As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing several projects with agile methods in a fast-paced environment. You might commit as well to a number of different roles in our circle-based organization for example account management, business analyst, software tester, mentor, on top to your core role project manager to deliver great project results

About you:

• You are a problem-solver with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" of your project
• You have skills in collaborating and team building
• You are able to deliver & collect feedback to grow your team and your customers
• You are experienced with Project Management tools such as story maps, epics, user stories, agile boards, estimation techniques, velocity tracking
• You are familiar in using Project Management software such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project

Your expertise

• You have minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Software Development company
• You have a solid understanding of software development life cycle models
• You have as well knowledge of both agile and traditional Project Management principles and practices, and you are able to blend them together for customers & project needs.
• You have a knowledge and understanding of the business with the ability to establish a high level of internal/external customer trust and confidence
• You have a proven track record of experience in working on software projects in an agile environment
• You are fluent in English and German languages (written and spoken)
• You are confident in the parallel processing of several small projects as well as projects with complex requirements
• A third-party qualification or a master’s degree in Project Management field is desired, but not mandatory
